HW strategy - for new guys Empty HW strategy - for new guys

So since I don't wanna put our admin Revans on the spot at the last minute, I'm sticking this topic out of place so that everyone can see it without being granted special access to the rest of the forum! Wink

Here's how we use the position skills:

Order Leader: uses Shingeki, usually at 15 (meaning 15 min till end of war) but might use Shin early in case of steamrollering for megapoints.

Vice Leader: uses Shin Vice at 15 if Order Leader is afk. Uses Braveheart at last 5 to prevent opponent's final surge. May use Braveheart to throw a block in opponent's Shingeki. Strategically critical skill - which is why we have lots of them.

Defense Leaders: usually two working in tandem, will use Phalanx at 12 and 6, respectively, to lockout opponent during final surge. May use Phalanx to throw a block in opponent's Shingeki.

Support Leaders: paired with Def Leaders, will use Magic Shield to boost Def Leader's Phalanx. Uses Boost on Phalanxing def leader to help keep up Phalanx (if unbroken). Must coordinate tightly with def lead.

Regular Member: Uses Yell as requested to other leaders, generally Support leads as their skills are critical and can regen fastest. Def leads need two yells plus their own two charges to "top off" their own skills.

Atk leads: pretty much totally useless. Sorry guys. Might make our most powerful attacker atk lead if we find that opposing orders' def leads are getting in our way too much.

We may want to move up the Surge from last 15 if the opponent order has two or more defense leaders and/or a lot of Vice Leaders. We want to be able to use Shingeki unopposed, basically, but have time to use Braveheart if the opposing order blocks our Shingeki.

Walls should be nibbled down before the Surge starts.

Also, take the walls down FIRST before you spend HP attacking other players, your points get cut in half if you don't take their wall down.

Save Full Force attacks for when Shingeki or Braveheart are active.
